CASA IONIO – GULF OF SQUILLACE
La Terrazza Apartment occupies the entire top floor of a three storey building in a small village on the shores of the Ionian Sea overlooking the Gulf of Squillace, just 6km from Badolato Marina and 18km from Riace Marina.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people. It is fully furnished and fitted out to cater for all holiday needs. There is air conditioning and heating, so the apartment can be rented all year round.

The apartment consists of a living/dining room with sofas, table and 6 chairs. The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-ring hob, gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee machine, dishwasher. There are three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with double sofabed) and two bathrooms both with shower and bathtub.

In addition, the apartment includes outdoor entertaining on the expansive terrace with seating for 8 people, sun lounges and chair, large sun umbrella and a state-of-the-art BBQ. Each room has its own terrace with small table and chairs to enjoy the view.

 

The main terrace overlooking the beach is 90 sq m.

Other facilities: Satellite TV with DVD player and stereo, wachine machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, parking.

The village provides all the necessary facilities and services: bank, grocery stores, supermarkets, petrol stations, several great restaurants, bars, local market, churches, and a train and bus service that provides direct transportation to the airport, to Rome, and to other major Italian cities.

The marina offers 8 km of sandy beaches and crystal clear water, while the ancient part of the village is located approximately 600 m above sea level, and is surrounded by olive plantations and vineyards. The inhabitants are friendly and used to welcoming visitors from all over the world.
