VILLA TIBERINA - CAPRI
Perched on the cliff of Capri lies Villa Tiberina with amazing views of the bay of Naples in the distance. The villa, originally built at the beginning of the century and recently restored, is a unique property with private access to the sea. Beautiful terraced gardens with statues, beautiful bouganvilleas, roses, lemon and olive trees.

Villa Tiberina is an exceptional luxury property on Capri. It enjoys one of the most privileged of positions being 10 minutes walk from the Port of Marina Grande where you can find a good restaurant en-route. The villa gate is along this lane.

This is an ideal villa for guests who want an impressive location and good standard furnishings. The setting is completely exclusive, occupying an entire promontory going down to the sea. The spectacular panorama of the sea can be admired from many corners of the villa.

From the garden a 244 steps staircase takes you down to the sea where a platform on two levels will guarantee you comfortable access to the sea. On the platform there is a small bar with a little fridge, seating for a dinner, deckchairs and airbed to sunbathe. The chairs and umbrellas can be moved around to suit individual preference. On the lower platform it is possible to dock with a tender or a small boat. The entrance, the staircase and the dock are shared with an apartment secluded in the property, inhabited sometimes by a very kind and discreet couple.

Access is via gates to a spacious patio with chairs, table and umbrella.

The villa is built on two floors.

 



The first floor consists of a large living room with a dining area, with a table for 10 people. The living area has a vaulted ceiling and beautiful large panoramic windows. On the same floor there is a well equipped kitchen and a small bathroom.

A hand carved wooden staircase leads to the second floor featuring four en-suite bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one single). One of the doubles and the twin room have beautiful sea views. From the master bedroom, you can admire the sea, thanks to a terrace shared with the twin bedroom. The elegant bathrooms of the master bedroom and of the twin bedroom are spacious and fitted with a large bathtub, decorated with handmade Vietri tiles. The bedrooms are simply furnished.

The villa also features a spacious dependence, 20m from the main villa, with a little living room, a kitchenette and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. In front of the dependence there is a 200 sq m meadow, with beautiful views of the bay of Naples.

On another terrace there are deckchairs and sun lounges. There is a housekeeper and cook who will take good care of you during your stay.
