General description

VILLA RIMINI - NEAR RIMINI
Villa Rimini is located in a small village in the hills behind the Adriatic coast close to Rimini and to the border between Romagna/Le Marche and Tuscany (25km). The villa is 400m above sea level and guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday combining hill, sea and art.
The nearest beaches are only 15-20 minutes away by car with the famous seaside towns of Rimini, Riccione and Cattolica. Within easy reach are Ravenna (the town of Dante Alighieri), Urbino (the splendid ducal town of Raffaello), the Republic of San Marino, various amusement parks for family fun. Florence, Venice, Perugia, Assisi, Bologna are all within two hours driving.

THE HOUSE
Ground floor: small living room with fireplace, sofa and Satellite TV; a new larger living/dining room with fireplace; large kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, fireplace in the corner ideal for BBQ; one double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

First floor: four double bedrooms with fantastic view over the surrounding hills and mountains, or the pool. One of these bedroom is on two levels with high double bed with star view (children love this), bathroom with bathtub and two basins.
Extra beds are available on request and can be added in the bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 people in total.

 



The whole house is furnished with traditional pieces, respecting the old traditions of the area. The big garden around the house is perfect for relaxation enjoying the surrounding countryside; in the huge terrace it is possible to have BBQs and outdoor dining, while your children can run around the green surroundings or have fun in the private pool (7m x 4m).

The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Satellite TV, BBQ, three fireplaces, central heating. Internet - one USB key will be given to guests.
There is parking within the property and also just outside (all very safe).

Activities: from the house you can follow some nature trails and walks in the hills. The area is a paradise for bike and mountain bike riders, motoriders and horse riders. Not far away the Montegrimano Spa resort will welcome all those who want to enjoy a spa treatment.
