General description

VILLA GIARDINI - PORTO S. ELPIDIO
Approximately 30mins drive south of Ancona, in Porto S. Elpidio, this beautiful, spacious villa with its own large pool is situated 2km from the village of Bivio delle Cascinale and is only 3.5km from a pebbly beach and 7km from a sandy beach. Access is from a tree-lined road via electric gates, into a large courtyard containing fountains, statues, palm trees and flowering shrubs.

Ground Floor: Air conditioned conservatory with dining table and small seating area, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine in the garage. Large lounge with fireplace and archway into a formal dining room, from the conservatory door to additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room (there are also two single beds in this bedroom). In addition, a double and a single sofabed are available if required.

First Floor: Master bedroom and bathroom with shower and separate tub, doors leading onto terrace. The second bedroom can be double or twin, also with bathroom with tub and shower attachment. A through landing leads to a second living area with fireplace, 3 more double/twin bedrooms and a third bathroom with tub and shower attachment.

 



From the patio area, stairs lead to a solarium at the top of the villa. In the garden is a large, secluded pool area, the pool being 20m x 10m in size with a diving board. By the pool is a sauna, hot water shower and toilet. There is also a kitchen and an outdoor furnished area with table and chairs capable of seating 12-14 people. At the rear is an orchard with palm, orange, apple, pear, plum and jasmine trees where clients may sample the produce.

The villa benefits from air conditioning in all upstairs bedrooms and facilities include one satellite TV and two other non-satellite TVs. There is also a BBQ and pizza oven.
