VILLA LENA - SARNANO
Villa Lena is a beautiful restored villa with a private pool in stunning scenery. This house is situated in the middle of Le Marche just a few minutes from the medieval towns of San Ginesio and Sarnano, 30 minutes drive from Macerata with the famous Sferisterio Opera Festival and 10 minutes from the Sibillini National Park boasting some of the highest mountains in the Apennines.

The property is a stone house comprising 170sqm of living space over two floors. It has traditional exposed stone walls and beam ceilings. All the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and plenty of natural light.
Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and sofabed, fully equipped kitchen with 4 stoves, oven, fridge and dishwasher, WC and laundry room with washing machine.
First floor: double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and another shower room.
