LA MANDRIA - PADUA
Surrounded by a 5 hectares park, La Mandria is only 4km from Padua and within easy reach of major attractions like Venice, Vicenza, Verona, Ferrara, Pordenone, Bologna, the Po Estuary and Lake Garda. The villa has a private above ground swimming pool (12m x 6m, 1.5m deep) open from mid May until the beginning on September.

Part of the Villa has been carefully and lovingly restored, and converted into a holiday accommodation with all modern comforts.
La Mandria is on two floors.
Ground floor: long and bright gallery leading to: a library, an entrance hall, a dining room for 14 people, living room with Satellite TV, another living room where you can play board games and find useful information on the surrounding area, a wide completely equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, food mixer) with fireplace, laundry room and a toilet.
First floor: Three double bedrooms, four twin bedrooms, four bathrooms with bathtubs and hand held showers are reserved for guests, who will enjoy the atmosphere that this particular Venetian Villa conveys.
The bedrooms look out onto the romantic park and are furnished with style.
Most of the rooms are covered in 18th Century frescos. The villa, thanks to its history, style and setting, guarantees a unique hospitality.
Outside: private pool, terrace, garden, BBQ, parking, garden furniture, ten mountain bikes.
English speaking staff and the owners live in the villa in separate quarters and respect their guests privacy.
Special rates are available for guests who wish to use one of the best spa hotels in Abano Terme (providing saunas, massages on request); also available wine tastings at an affiliated estate.
