VILLA MAGNA - TREVISO
Villa Magna is a recently restored historical villa in the Veneto hills of Asolo near Treviso, set in a large park with well maintained gardens and swimming pool. The Villa consists of a main building and two apartments, all with independent entrance and private outside space with garden furniture. Please note that the apartments cannot be rented separately if the main villa is booked first and therefore guests of the villa have exclusive use of the pool.

MAIN VILLA (approximately 800sqm)
The villa is furnished with elegant period pieces and is on two levels.
Ground floor: breakfast room for up to 18 people, dining room for 10 people, sitting room with TV, study, large living room with a magnificent original fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave oven. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with shower.
First floor: one bedroom with king size bed and three twin bedrooms. Four spacious bathrooms with bathtub and hand held shower.

MAXI (approximately 160sqm)
This apartment is on the second floor and has independent entrance.

 

The apartment comprises a living room with TV and Hi-Fi; a kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer; three twin bedrooms overlooking the garden; two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub and hand held shower). Washing machine.

The price includes two hours cleaning per day for five days for the bedrooms and bathrooms of the villa only.
