I am delighted to invite you to look through my exciting new website.
More choice than ever as also this year I have worked hard to select new properties. I have added the Veneto region for those of you who want a base to visit the Palladian Villas, Padua, Verona and Vicenza, the Piedmont region for lovers of good wine and the famous truffles! I have included some more luxurious villas and also a number of smaller and well priced houses in all regions. My choice of villas ranges from city centre breaks in Rome, Florence, Venice where I have added a number of apartments with fantastic terraces, to new properties with pool within walking distance from Siena and Lucca centres. Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast and Sicily, the island of my birth, are as popular as ever with tourists from around the world. In response to popular demand, I have found more properties in the Italian Riviera including Portofino and the Cinque Terre. I have extended even more the selection of private villas for the wonderful island of Sardinia, the Marche region together with some lovely private villas in Latium. In this new edition of our website you will also find what is probably the largest selection of villas with pools and lake views in Lake Como, Garda and Maggiore. I am also pleased to be able to offer you an exclusive villa on the picturesque small romantic Lake Orta.
 
A little bit more about myself. I have successfully built up my Italian holiday business over the last 22 years, concentrating first on city centre stays in Rome – I still have one of the largest choices in Roman apartments in the market and progressively adding new, exciting centres to offer you, the discerning cost conscious traveller. If you wish to spoil yourself with that little extra for a very special holiday, you can consider my Gold Collection: these are properties with higher standards of furnishings and services and in some cases included in the gold collection because of their sought after location.
I will soon have a separate new luxury brand: www.luxuryitalianbreaks.com. Now, I believe my collection of flats and villas, many of which are former homes of the owners, offer you, the independent traveller, the opportunity to build up your holiday around the location of your choice in just the way you want. You may wish to explore surrounding countryside and places of interest or you may prefer just to relax after a day in the sun by the pool with a glass of wine and a meal cooked in your own kitchen with fresh ingredients chosen from the delights of the local market. To help you with your choice , you can search  for those that are  within walking distance of a beach whether sandy, pebbly or rocky. For Tuscany and Le Marche region I have marked  ' near  beach ' houses within 30 minutes drive from the coast. you can search for 'romantic'  to find a villa or apartment recommended for its charm and privacy for those special occasions where couples can enjoy those unforgettable moments.
 
Having a family myself, my motto is value for money and I am sure there is something here for all pockets and all moods. You may already be in love with Italy and return year after year or perhaps my brochure will tempt you to make a first time visit to the ‘Bel Paese’.
