CASA MANDARINO
Casa Mandarino located in the Agrigento area, is a magnificent property, near the agriculture centre on the southern coast of Sicily. The villa is part of a country estate with wonderful views, a place where you can definitely stay and with the facility of having your own swimming pool. Guests can dine “al fresco” on the large terrace and cool off in the large swimming pool. The villa is decorated in country style, with original ceiling beams and simple rustic elegance. There are four comfortable bedrooms, with the living room and kitchen opening onto the terrace with pergola. A delightful rural location like this is the perfect refuge from the stress of everyday life. CASA LEONE
Casa Leone is an old country house where guests can enjoy a breathtaking panorama over the sea, reachable directly by a path. The villa develops on two floors: the first floor consists of a living room, a spacious well-equipped kitchen (4 stove burners type gas, fridge, freezer, toaster and microwave) and one bathroom with a shower; on the second floor there is a living room, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. It boasts a large terrace (50smq) with stunning views over the sea.

VILLA ROSALINA
Villa Rosalina is located in the area of Scopello close to the sea and about 6km from the village of Scopello and the Natural Reserve Park. The picturesque small town of Scopello is on the unspoilt coastline close to the Zingaro Nature Reserve with panoramic walks and an estimated 30 species of birds can be found. Snorkelling and scuba diving in the crystal clear waters will offer unforgettable views of the underwater grottos. Within approximately 100m from the villa is a well-stocked shop.
The villa has a large covered veranda that offers shade on a hot summer's day. There is a lovely private swimming pool (4m x 8m) with large paved area equipped with sun lounges and an umbrella where you can relax with a good book. Outdoor shower. The garden is a mixture of Mediterranean planting of palm trees and natural vegetation.
IL VELIERO
Il Veliero is located near Scopello, with a short walk, crossing the road you will reach the sea and the private rocky beach shared between three villas, from where you will enjoy your own private view of the picturesque coast and one of the famous sea stacks that characterize the area. Il Veliero sits on a large patio area with a private swimming pool and consists of the main villa and an annexe. From a spacious veranda, which runs along two sides of the building, you will access the bright and tastefully furnished living/dining room. Next to it, there is a modern well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, gas cooker, fridge and freezer) that is accessible from the veranda too.
IL PONTICELLO
Il Ponticello is a beautifully restored property located on a hill in the countryside with views of the vineyards and fruit trees. Access to the property is via a non-asphalted road. The villa is about 600m from the main road close to the beach resort of Balestrate where there are bars, small shops, and restaurants. The sandy beaches are popular with crystal clear waters, while in the countryside the landscape is a patchwork of vineyards.
The city of Syracuse is known for its rich history, ancient Greek and Roman remnants and being the birthplace of the mathematician Archimedes.
VILLA SALVIA

Plemmirio guarantees a regular bus connection with Syracuse every 90 minutes. The next sandy beaches are about 8km (Lido Arenella) and about 11km (Fontane Bianche) from La Cuccia. Lido Arenella is one of the best-organized and most beautiful private beach clubs on the eastern Sicilian coast. Restaurants and pizzeria circa 10km and bar 4km away.
VILLA ALFA
Villa Alfa is situated in a quiet location, in a lovely part of Sicily, near Syracuse and less than 1km from the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche. The villa has a lovely, well-maintained garden with palm trees and a swimming pool. At the bottom of the garden (around 30m) there is another apartment for 2 people with its own separate entrance and fenced off by a hedge/fence for privacy. The use of the pool is reserved for the guests staying in the villa unless the villa and the apartment are rented together by the same party.

Villa Belmonte is a charming farmhouse located on the slopes of Mount Etna, amongst lemon trees. The property is on different levels with a wonderful swimming pool where guests can enjoy amazing sea views and the coastline between Acireale and Taormina. Acireale is an ancient small town situated on the eastern coast of Sicily, about 20 km north of Catania. Its history is characterized by the earthquakes and the eruptions of Mount Etna that, several times, have upset the order of the territory.
