BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE

For any new 2021 villa bookings taken between the 15th of September to the end of February 2021, Italian Breaks Ltd will refund your deposit if the borders, in Italy or your country of residence, are closed. (Example: If you live in the UK and the UK government restricts travel to the villa’s location, or if the region where the villa is located restricts travel for UK residents). These conditions can be applied only at 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Any cancellations outside the above exceptions will be subject to normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Travel insurance for Italy could be booked with Heymondo which covers cancellations in case a new travel warning is issued for your destination, for events such as the Department of Foreign Affairs issuing a Do Not Travel warning to a specific region or country and that warning was first given after you booked the trip. Italian Breaks Ltd has no affiliation with Heymondo.

Our properties offer enhanced cleaning and safety measures: areas and especially high-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant, all towels and bedding washed between stays in water that's at least 60°C, masks and protective equipment is used by our staff during cleaning and when in contact with customers.

We look forward to helping you secure the best villa for your holiday.
