Villa Orzale-Arezzo

Just at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, Villa Orzale is a country style villa with private swimming pool for 12 people. The area offers various cultural events like the "Palio dei Rioni" (horse race) and with just a short drive from Arezzo you can enjoy both Tuscan and Umbrian life styles.

Villa Orzale is divided into two adjoining apartments each with own entrance

Apartment 1: (sleeps 8)
Ground Floor: Open plan living/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and table and chairs for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer and filter-coffee machine. There is a separate bathroom with shower unit, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.

First floor: There are four bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin rooms) all with air conditioning. You will find two bathrooms: one with shower unit, WC, bidet and washbasin and the other one with bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin.

Apartment 2: (sleeps 4)
Ground floor: The apartment comprises of a corner kitchen with oven, hob and fridge/freezer, a living and dining room with table and chairs, sofas and satellite TV. There is a guest bathroom with shower unit, WC and washbasin.

First floor: There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) both with air conditioning unit, shower, WC and washbasin.

The outdoor area is composed of a fenced garden, a private pool with ladder (12m x 6m and depth from 1.20 to 2.60m), sun loungers, a covered terrace, a summer kitchen with BBQ and wood burning oven. There is parking space on site.
