VILLA ZARA - MARSALA
Villa Zara (240 sq.m) is located near the ancient town of Marsala, on the West Coast of Sicily and only 30 km from Trapani. This beautiful villa is in a quiet but not isolated location, perfect for exploring Western Sicily with its unpretentious fishing towns, the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, the beautiful islands of Pantelleria and the Egadi Archipelago (once a bridge between Italy and North Africa), the ancient salt windmills and of course the amazing traditional food!

Villa Zara develops on two levels.

At ground level we find a beautiful, modern and spacious living area with cosy sofas and armchairs, a fireplace, large dining room, a well equipped kitchen, laundry room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

First floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with hydro-massage bath tub.

The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with private swimming pool (9x9m; 1.30m deep), external shower and sun lounges. Large covered terraces accessed via large French doors and equipped with dining area, comfortable patio furniture and barbecue make this villa the perfect relaxing place for a holiday.

Facilities: Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning (6 units), hairdryer, barbecue, fireplace, safe-box, external shower, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, Hi-Fi system, electric oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, 3 TVs, microwave, pool towels, private parking inside the property, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday).
