Perched on the hills of the Versilian coast, offering stunning views of the sea, Villa Dei Marmi is a charming Villa with private pool suited for 17 people. The area offers many attractions such as the artistic and historical town of Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Cinque Terre, and the beaches of Forte dei Marmi.

Villa Dei Marmi is set over three levels (700m2)

Ground floor: The spacious frescoed living rooms feature beamed ceilings and fine antique furniture. There is one living room with two large French doors opening onto the garden offering sea views. The other living room has a pool table. You will find a separate dining room for 15-20 people. The kitchen is equipped with 6 hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, table and chairs. There is a guest bathroom with shower (3 steps up).

On the ground level there is a Chapel (private) perfect for any celebrations.

First floor (6 people): There are three luxury styled rooms
One suite (70m2) with double bed, a sitting room with sofas and views over the sea, hills and garden. The bathroom is finished with Italian marble and has a round Jacuzzi tub for two, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet.

The other two double rooms (30m2 each) have views over the sea, hills and garden, en-suite shower room each (marble), Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. One of them also has a games room.

Second floor (9): There are three more bedrooms.
First room has a living room, one bedroom with double and single bed, a decorative fireplace, en-suite bathroom with shower and a kitchen corner.
Second room has a living room, one double and one twin room, one bathroom with shower and sea views.
Third bedroom has a living room, one double with shower, one separate WC and washbasin, sea views.

The villa dominate the Tuscan coast and is surrounded by well-maintained Italian gardens with rose trees, centuries old olive grove and Mediterranean citrus trees.

Away from the left of the living room there is a spacious loggia ideal for al-fresco dining. The swimming pool 10m x 4m is behind the villa surrounded by the gardens and sun loungers.

There is a dependence (old oil mill 100m2) next to the main house, which provides sea views, a king size bedroom, a bath/shower, sea views, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette and a private garden. There is also a double sofa bed, decorative fireplace as well as vintage machinery.
