Villa Marlene (60sqm) is a two-storey house.
As you enter the property, you find an open plan living room overlooking the sea equipped with sofa and flat-screen sat TV, dining area and kitchenette equipped with three gas rings, electric oven and microwave. Adjacent to the living area there is one double bedroom. A short staircase will lead you to a bathroom with shower. In the corridor between the first bedroom and the bathroom has been installed air conditioning for warm and cold air. Three more steps lead to the second double bedroom with air conditioning and a small window overlooking the sea.
Outside area: outdoor kitchen (12 sqm) with large windows that overlook the sea, facing a garden corner with table and chairs. Porch with garden furniture. BBQ available. A small Mediterranean garden surrounds the house. Laundry room with washing machine. Outdoor shower.
