Villa Marrone is a charming country home built into the side of a sloping hill and surrounded by approx 4000 mq of olive trees land. The property overlooks the well-known Valpolicella area, which is famous for its wine. The view of the surrounding hills is truly picturesque and you will be able to see the Appennini Mountains on a clear day.
The inner space of this modern property offers a bright airy living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher). Next to it, there are a laundry room and a bathroom with just washbasin and WC.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower and tub, one twin bedroom with joinable beds and another twin bedroom with bunk beds (the bunk beds can be converted into twin beds). There is also a large bathroom with shower.
