Villa Irina is located in a quiet area at just 2km from the centre of Ostuni. This location is ideal if you want to combine leisure activities and cultural attractions: the famous Costa Merlata (literally 'Crenellated Coast') and Villanova are at about 15 min drive, while you can visit the typical Alberobello, known for the Trulli buildings, and the commercial port of Taranto with its big sea and little sea. There is also a children's adventure theme park Ciuchino Birichino a short distance away to keep younger members entertained.

The villa develops over one level.

Living room (that the owner is actually renovating and extending), kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, 3 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms with shower. The bedrooms are all interconnecting (but still have doors for privacy). There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Outside: private swimming pool (8m x 5m - depth from 1.3m to 1.5m - open from May until the end of September), veranda with BBQ. There is a laundry room with washing machine in a small annex in the garden. There is also a storeroom where you can store your suitcases and domestic stuff. Guests will see a garage however it is not for use as it is for the owners to store their personal belongings. There is space however for cars to park inside the property.
