VILLA FIANA – GALLIPOLI AREA
Villa Fiana is located just ten minutes drive from the nearest bigger town, where you can find a multitude of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. and is only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beached of Baia Verde and the famous seaside town of Gallipoli.

The villa develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, we access the house via the main doors onto a bright room where to the left we have stairs leading up to the first floor. On the ground floor and with separate access, facing the pool, there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, the stairs lead us onto a kitchen area with table and chairs and a small living room. The sleeping area on this floor consists of two double bedrooms (one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower that can also be access from the kitchen) and one triple bedroom with one double bed and a single bed located in a small separate room with no door. There is one bathroom with shower (where we also find the washing machine) that is shared between the triple bedroom and one of the double bedrooms.

On the third floor, there is one double bedroom with a small window.

Surrounded by a 3000 sq.m park, the villa offers a private swimming pool (13m long x 2.5 – 4.5m wide; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges. There is a barbecue area with seating, perfect for al-fresco dining.

Facilities: air conditioning (only in the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor), fans, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, barbecue, outdoor shower, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi Internet (limited), parking.
