VILLA MARMORA – LECCE AREA
Located in the countryside of Lecce, Villa Marmora is a private house with swimming pool and a fenced off garden, just a few minutes drive (16km) from the beach. Within just three minutes drive, you can reach the town of Novoli, where you can find shops, restaurant, supermarkets, etc. The beautiful town of Lecce is only 10 minutes away.
The house develops over one level. Inside, we find a bright and large open plan living area with entrance via large French doors, sofa and TV corner, table and chairs for dining and a kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, etc.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with single bed and double sofa bed, and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds and double sofa bed (ideal for children). There is one other separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we find a garden with private swimming pool (11x5m; 1.5m deep; open from May 1st to October 31st) and sun lounges. There is a covered terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
All the rooms in the house have air conditioning and there are mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
