CASA NEVE – SANT’AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI AREA
A small and cosy house, in a peaceful location, Casa Neve is the ideal place for a romantic getaway or a small family holiday. The house is located on a hill that offers stunning views of the surrounding area, only 1km from the centre of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, where you can find shops, restaurants, bars and the bus stop that takes you into Sorrento. The closest beach is only 4km away. A car is necessary in order to benefit the most out of your holiday, and there is private parking offered. It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and has a private garden, a private swimming pool with sea view and private terraces.

Inside, we find a large living room with single sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and access to the terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and table with chairs for dining; it also has direct access to a terrace. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The sleeping area is found on the mezzanine level, via 10 steps from the living room, and it has a double bedroom with air con.

Outside, we find the first terrace which is equipped with swing, hammock and sun chairs. Here, there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, table for al-fresco dining, gas cooker and oven, and the washing machine. The private swimming pool (7x3m; open from first week of April until end of October) is equipped with two sun chairs, outdoor sofa, umbrella and two small tables. The second terrace is reachable via 17 steps from the first terrace.
