VILLA STEFANIA - Montaione
Villa Stefania (400 sq. m) is a private property set in the quiet countryside of Montaione, ideally located between Pisa and Florence; from here guests can explore the historical cultural centres of Tuscany.

Villa Stefania comprises a main two-storey house and a cottage.

The floors of the main house are not connected internally. The first floor is divided into 3 wings with independent accesses via external staircase.

Ground floor: double dining room with one table that sits 20, one that sits 8 and another for 4, living area with fireplace, living/reading area with sat TV and fireplace, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, toaster, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. The sleeping area comprises 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and one twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and they have direct access to the garden. On the ground floor, we also find a suite with a large double bed, fireplace and private bathroom with shower.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the bedrooms below will be closed off when the villa is booked at the lower occupancy price for up to 14 guests.

First wing: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and air conditioning.

Second wing: covered balcony, suite with living area with fireplace, dining area with kitchenette, one double and one twin bedroom both with en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Third wing: living/dining area with kitchenette, sitting/reading area, one double and one twin bedroom both with en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Cottage: double bedroom with fireplace, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has access to a private terrace and to the pool area.

Outside area: private swimming pool (15m x 7.5m - depth from 1.2m to 2.5m), veranda with garden furniture, solarium with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, covered BBQ area, fenced garden.

Facilities: private pool, BBQ, sat TV, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, internet WIFI.
