VILLA SERENELLA – CAROVIGNO AREA

Located close to Carovigno in the Puglia region of Italy, Villa Serenella is a modern villa with a private pool. Just 2.5 km from the beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla, the villa is also within a short driving distance of Carovigno (8.5 km) with shops, good restaurants and plenty of bakeries. The area offers many places of interest such as the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, the port of Brindisi (the capital of the province) and the medieval borgs of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.

The 140 square metre villa consists of two apartments which develop over 1 level.

In the first apartment you will find an open plan living space with a lounge area (with sofa) and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the sleeping area, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed), a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with shower).

In the second apartment you will find an open plan living space with a lounge area (with comfortable chairs) and a well-equipped kitchenette (with table and chairs). In the sleeping area, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed), a triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) and a bathroom (with shower).

Please note: An additional camp bed can be added on request. The villa shares a gate with another villa but, both villas maintain their privacy.

Outside you will find covered outdoor dining and lounge areas (with two dining tables, chairs, comfortable seating, sun loungers and barbecue), a private swimming pool (13 m x 3 m x 1.5 m; open 1/5 - 31/10) with sun terrace and sun deck (with sun loungers) and an outdoor shower.
