Villa Trezza is a private villa with swimming pool located in a panoramic position near Aci Trezza and Aci Castello, two charming fishing villages. It is the ideal property for those looking for comfort as the villa is set in a residential area, not far from the sea. Surrounded by large terraces and a citrus garden, the villa overlooks the pool, surrounding area and sea. From here, you can easily reach the most popular areas of the Ionian coast: Taormina, Catania and Syracuse.

The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, we find a large living area with lounge and large French doors, with dining room. The kitchen is modern and opens up onto the pool area; there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

The first floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed (suitable for one adult or two children) and a separate bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Outside, we have the decked area with private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.4 – 2m deep; open from April 1st to October 31st) and sun lounges. There are comfortable sofas and chairs.
