Villa Delle Grazie is a modern and new built property, located only 5km from the town of Castellamare Del Golfo and 15 minutes walk from the nearest restaurant. You will be within only 3 minutes’ drive from the nearest beach (pebbles) where you can rent sun lounges with umbrellas and enjoy the crystal clear waters of this enchanting area. The sandy beaches of Castellamare del Golfo are within 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. From the property you can enjoy stunning sea views from the private pool.

The villa develops over one level only (150 sq.m), making it ideal for those with walking difficulties. Inside, we find a modern and spacious open plan living area with double sofa bed and TV area, table and chairs for dining and open plan modern kitchen (equipped with large fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and more).

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double by pushing the beds together. There are two separate bathrooms with shower.

Outside, we have a private swimming pool (12x6m; open from 01/05 to 31/10) with sun lounges and umbrellas from where you can enjoy the magnificent sea views. There is a shaded gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco meals, an external bathroom and barbecue area.
