The space

The 320 square metre villa consists of a main house, 3 trulli and a lamia which all develop over 1 level.
PLEASE NOTE: No drinkable water.

MAIN HOUSE
In the main house, you will find a large living space (with direct access to the garden) with a bright lounge area (with sofa seating and fireplace), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped professional kitchen (with pantry). In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with shower) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

TRULLI
There are three trulli (Carrubo, Gelso and Melograno) each with an independent bedroom suite, where you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower).

LAMIA JACARANDA
Here you will find a spacious double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a 3,000 square metre private garden with a swimming pool (16 m x 8 m; depth 0.1 m – 2.5 m; open 1/5 – 31/10) and sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas). Next to the villa is a large covered outdoor eating and relaxation area (with dining table, chairs, curtains and ceiling fan) and there is a second covered eating area in the garden (with table and chairs). You will also find a barbecue area and fruit and vegetable garden (available for use by guests).
