The space

Villa Cristi develops over one level.

As you enter the property, you will find a combined living and dining area, all opening up onto the large, sheltered veranda with views onto the garden whilst on the opposite side, you will reach the open-plan kitchen overlooking the garden.
Walking through the corridor, you will find the sleeping area composed of the master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and garden area, with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom with view onto the garden, and shower room right next to it, a third double bedroom with en-suite shower room facilities with independent access from the garden, and the last double bedroom that can be turned into a twin bedded room if needed offering en-suite shower room, and also direct access from the garden by French doors.

The outside area is composed of a large garden all around the property, fully fenced and very private as well as a large covered terrace perfect for "al fresco" dining or sunbathing, a built-in barbecue, and an external shower. Here you will also find the private pool (4.5m x 9 m) with sunbeds.

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hobs, electric oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, satellite TV, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, WI-FI, barbecue, external shower, car parking, travel cot and high chair on request.
