Description

Villa Brandina, located South of Olbia city, is a beautiful private villa with swimming pool that overlooks the sandy beach of Cala Brandinchi; with crystalline shallow waters, it is ideal for families with small children. The villa has direct access to the beach, via a private path (275m). It is just 15km from Olbia town and it is surrounded by a beautiful green garden.

The space

Placed in a gated area, surrounded by 7000 sq.m of Mediterranean gardens, the villa (475 sq.m) offers a large living area with sofas, TV and direct access to the terrace. To the side, there is a dining table and chairs with views over the sea. The separate kitchen is well appointed with professional stainless steel appliances, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.

The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each. There are seven bathrooms.

Outside, the villa offers stunning views across the sea and nearby sandy beach, a private large swimming pool (14x6m; 1.2 – 1.55m deep), Jacuzzi with sea views, covered terrace with comfortable seating and private parking.

Included with the villa and on request, we offer a cook service (6 hours per day, 6 days per week with Sunday free), WI-FI Internet and lounges and umbrellas on the lawn directly in front of the beach.
