VILLA COLOMBO (PINTA) - SCICLI AREA

The villa is divided into three independent apartments and it is located right on a beautiful sandy beach, only a few kilometers from the baroque town of Scicli. This is the perfect location not only for beach lovers but also for those who want to explore the nearby towns rich in history such as Modica, Ragusa and Noto.

The space

Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and they have direct access to the beach and private terrace with sea view. On the back of the villa there is also a large shared terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The apartments Pinta and Santa Maria occupy the ground floor of the villa; Nina is on the first floor.

PINTA APARTMENT
This apartment (60 sq. m) is on the ground floor and it consists of an open room with living and dining area with kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric oven), two double bedrooms (one of which is walk through), two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with toilet only.

It boasts also a terrace with sea views and equipped with outdoor furniture.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, shared washing machine, iron, hairdryer, private parking.
