Villa Pizzuta develops over two levels and has an independent annex that will be closed off when it's booked with the under-occupancy price of 6.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor, on the right hand side as you enter, you will find the bright and spacious living and dining area, equipped with table and chairs and the sofa with TV whilst on the right hand side you will get to the modern kitchen, equipped with gas hobs, fridge-freezer, and electric oven. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
Right in front, you will find the covered terrace for al fresco dining, furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers and the barbecue.
On the first floor you will reach the sleeping area which offer a double room with en-suite shower facilities, a double room with double bed, and a third room furnished with double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower which is shared between the last two rooms.
ANNEX - Closed off
The annex right next to the villa has an independent entrance and there you will find a small kitchenette equipped with essentials, an open plan sitting area with splendid views, equipped with a sofa, a TV, table with chairs. On the first floor it offers two more rooms, one equipped with a double bed whilst the other offering bunk beds both sharing a bathroom with shower.
The outside area is composed of a large and open garden with bougainvillea, dwarf palms and prickly pears. There is plenty of space surrounding the house for relaxing moments or sunbathing. The sea is reachable through a footpath along the cliff. There is a private swimming pool (8 x 4m; 1.2m deep; open from March 1 to November 30) with sun lounges.
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, iron & iron board, hairdryer, two fridges and one freezer, toaster, Sat TV, gas hobs, two electric ovens, CD player, DVD player, mosquito nets, barbecue, external shower, table and chairs, sun loungers, WI-FI, air-conditioning, car parking space, cot and high chair on request, bathroom towels change twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday).

Ringrazio per l'atmosfera magica che trasmette la casa e la tranquillità della location. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la scelta dei colori e la ristrutturazione della casa.
la villa, la posizione e l'arredo sono state di nostro gradimento. vista meravigliosa. l'unico appunto che dobbiamo fare e' che la casa non era ben attrezzata a livello di piatti\/pentole e bicchieri e varie..., soprattutto per ospitare 10 persone.
Vorrei complimentarmi per come il proprietario ha realizzato la villa dove ho trascorso una settimana catturata da tutto ciò che potevo ammirare.
Paradise! We had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic, beautiful view, Salvatore welcomed us greatly, warmly and with some Sicilian sweets. The view and sounds of the sea at the terrace is just not from this world. Hope to return soon!

Ho amato questa casa e questo luogo da subito. L'ho sentito così familiare e così magico. Mi ha permesso di sentirmi in vacanza come ancora quest'anno non avevo provato. E così anche forse la stessa magia e la stessa serenità l'ho sentita con i miei più intimi amici.
Una barca in mezzo al mare: villa fantastica a picco sul mare. Un silenzio infinito interrotto dalle onde del mare, una vista mozzafiato, i profumi, i colori, i gabbiani: tutto fantastico!

E' stata una bellissima esperienza , le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte al 100%. La posizione della casa è spettacolare e tutti noi (6 adulti - 4 italiani e 2 statunitensi) siamo stati rapiti dalla sua bellezza ed unicità. Un caloroso ringraziamento a voi ed alla proprietà.
