VILLA AMANTEA - ROSA - DONNALUCATA AREA

Villa Amantea is located near the characteristic fishing village of Donnalucata and it has direct access to a beautiful fine golden sand beach. The house is divided into three apartments, each with separate entrance. From here you can easily reach the beautiful baroque towns of Scicli, Ragusa, Modica and Syracuse.

The space

Villa Amantea comprises 3 apartments: Azzurra and Viola on the ground floor and Rosa on the first floor.

Apartment Rosa: open space with living/dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double and one single) and a bathroom with shower. The living area and the double bedroom open onto a private balcony.

Facilities: internet WIFI, air conditioning (1 unit), washing machine, fridge/freezer, fans, 4 gas burners, oven, toaster, iron, hairdryer, parking.

Services included: gas consumption, water consumption, final cleaning, linen and towels (changed weekly), bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned once a week, parking spot, welcome basket and internet WIFI.

PLEASE NOTE: The beach umbrellas seen in the photos do not belong to the house.
