From the villa is easy to visit the enchanting Baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli and, you are also within reach of the Vendicari nature reserve, the fishing villages of Portopalo and Marzamemi, Taormina and Mount Etna.

From the living area, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower).

Lovely villa with amazing pool in a great location close to both Ortigia & Noto. Federica was a warm and welcoming hostess - as soon as we arrived she put us at ease and was so friendly giving us lots of restaurant recommendations and checking up on us during our stay. There was also a welcome pack of food for us which was much appreciated due to our late arrival. The villa was immaculate - had everything we needed and importantly excellent air con! You can walk to the beach (better ones are a short drive away) and Ortigia and Noto are both only 15-20 mins away - nice shops, restaurants and gelateria!! All in all and fantastic villa with a wonderful host!
A wonderful time here. Spent much time in the pool, at the beach and relaxing. Very well appointed villa. The welcome pasta especially a treat. 5 stars.
Loved the pool and the outdoor area. Well stocked kitchen and fridge when we arrived that was nice. Frederique the property manager was great, very helpful with local information and responsive. If a full number of people in the property, the kitchen would be a bit small for all, but great sized table outside for dining. Good air con. Easy walk to the beach, nice bar with sea view at bottom of road. Easy to catch the train to Syracuse for Romano Greek archaeology and Ortega. Disappointing thing was the rubbish in Fontane Bianche and on surrounding roads. You will need a car, easy drive from Catania airport.

From the beginning, Federica made it easy for us to feel at home here. She explained everything we needed to know and provided maps and a taxi contact. She was easily contactable and really helpful – she recommended a trip to Ortigia and even made reservations for a boat trip that we all enjoyed. Ci siamo trovati, molto bene….. come a casa! La casa signorile, arredamento un po’ vecchiotto. La signora Federica ,ci ha accolto deliziosamente facendoci trovare bibite , frutta , caffè e generi alimentari di primo ristoro . Il mare sotto casa molto bello e la piscina indispensabile. Torneremo!

We had a lovely family birthday celebration and holiday here. The Villa was well-equipped and had a great pool to chill by with a beautiful beach 5 minutes away on foot which was ideal for swimming. We all enjoyed the idyllic location and peaceful surroundings. Federica was very knowledgeable about the local area and Cristina was an efficient communicator.
