Within a 15 minutes walk you can find the nearest pizzeria and the nearest restaurant.
The villa is split between a main house and an annex.
MAIN HOUSE:
On the ground floor, accessed from the outside, we find a playroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the living area, a large and spacious open plan room with sofas, dining table with chairs. Through a door we access the modern kitchen with more seating area. There is one double bedroom here, one bathroom with shower and a terrace.
On the second floor we have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Please note that there are no internal stairs between the ground floor and the first floor.
ANNEX:
Here, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a small terrace, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a patio.
Outside, the villa has a large covered patio with table and chairs for al-fresco dining and a private swimming pool (10x7m; 1.2 – 1.8m deep; open from April 1st to November 15th) with sun lounges and umbrella.

We loved this beautiful home and the key holder, Rossanna, was so kind, welcoming, and lovely. We all felt lucky to be there.
Prachtige villa. Rustige ligging. Het huis was boven onze verwachtingen en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Fijne plek om met een grotere groep mensen te zijn!
Very nice and cozy house and surroundings. The house has everything you need. Rossanna who met us at the house and gave us the keys was very sweet and helpful during the week. Tip: we made the best pizzas in the pizza oven.
It is already more the two years ago that we planned to go to [the villa] in Sicilie. In 2020 Corona skipped our plans. Now we are again at home after a very nice holiday at Sicilia at [the villa]. Il ne manque qu'une cafetière électrique pour les petits déjeuner... donc il n'y a vraiment rien à redire, la maison est vraiment un top..
We were delighted with the villa, which was well furnished, clean and perfect for our needs. We particularly liked the outside spaces, the well-designed pool, barbecue area and extensive grounds. I would strongly recommend this villa - we loved it!
Дом в целом хороший,но есть недостатки : горячая вода была только на первом этаже, что очень не удобно при большом количестве проживающих, на первом этаже постоянно осыпается штукатурка по периметру всей комнаты, плохо работает посудомоечная машина, а так отличная территория, хороший бассейн и прекрасное расположение. Садовая мебель в отличном состоянии, дом чистый, хорошо меблирован,Rossana была всегда на связи и очень помогла нам с советами. Большое ей спасибо. Оцениваю дом на 4 балла за отсутсвие горячей воды.

Great outdoor space, responsive host and lovely pool. We stayed in late October and lots of local pizzerias were closed but we loved going into Ortigia for great food and drinks.
