The space

The property comprises of a main house, a guest house and a guest suite.

THE MAIN HOUSE - Sleeps 19 in three suites split between first and second floor.
SUITE A: a double bedroom on the first floor, with en-suite bathroom with bath tub; on the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub, living room with fireplace and terrace, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub.
SUITE B: located on the second floor and composed of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms share a living room with fireplace and access to the staircase that leads to the main courtyard.
SUITE C: composed of one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double, with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub; one bedroom that can be twin or double with its own bathroom with shower and bath tub that can be accessed via 4 steps; one bedroom that can be twin or double with en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi (please note that some noise can be heard between these last two bedrooms); one single bedroom (French bed) with bathroom with shower and small living room with outside access; one bedroom that can be twin or double with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub with external access.
One the ground floor, there is a kitchen, pantry, TV room, large living room.

THE GUEST HOUSE - Sleeps 6
Composed of three bedrooms, all on the first floor: two bedrooms that can be twin or double with en-suite bathrooms (one with just shower and the other with both shower and bath tub) and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. All the bedrooms have access to a small terrace and a shared living room.

THE GUEST SUITE - Sleeps 2
On the first floor, it offers a bedroom that can be twin or double, bathroom with shower and bath tub, living room with dining area and kitchen corner.

OUTSIDE AREA
The outside area offers a large private swimming pool (20x10m), three separate baths that follow the ancient Roman principal of the calidarium, tiepidarium and frigidarium (hot, warm and cold), large seating area with comfortable garden furniture, covered terrace with seating area, game area with chess board, bonfire area.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, Satellite TV, barbecue, wood burning oven (used only by the staff of the house), bikes (on request), fan, sauna, heliport, greenhouse, organic vegetable garden with covered outdoor kitchen (run by the staff of the villa), astronomical observatory (where once a week guests have the opportunity to observe the sky with the guidance of an expert), Service staff for the rooms and common areas, Yoga and Tai Chi courses (on request), horseback riding and riding lessons, farm animals (pigs, cows, goats, sheep and donkeys) inside the property in large enclosures easily reachable via pleasant walks, ceiling fans, on request: walks in the woods accompanied by donkeys with a stop for a picnic.
