The villa is composed of a main villa which develops over 3 levels, an annex which develops over 2 levels and an outer building.
MAIN VILLA
On the ground floor we find a large living area (with sofas, chairs and tables), a dining room (seating 20) and a well-equipped kitchen.
On the mezzanine floor we find one double bedroom (with double bed and access to the outside) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a laundry.
On the first floor, we find two bedroom suites (with canopy four poster beds and one single bed) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers) and three double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with showers). Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
ANNEX
Next to the main villa we find the annex with two double bedrooms (with double beds) with en-suite bathrooms.
OUTER BUILDING
In the outer building (situated close to the pool) we find a heated Jacuzzi (for 4/5 people) a sauna (for 5 people) and a UVA lamp.
Outside you will find a well-kept garden with a large swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.4 m; Open from 1 April to 31 October) and dining and relaxation areas. Next to the villa we find a shaded outdoor dining area (with table and chairs) and by the pool, a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a gazebo (with comfortable chairs and tables). There is also a wood pizza oven and barbecue.
