The space

This 1400 square metre villa develops over three floors.

On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with table and fireplace), a dining room (with table seating 10), a seating area (with sofas) and a laundry room (with washing machine). You will also find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two singles beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one separate bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find a living room (with comfortable sofas and armchair), four bedrooms and three bathrooms:

- One double bedroom (with four-poster double bed)
- One double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and access to a large balcony (with table, chairs, and comfortable seating)
- One twin bedroom (with two single beds which can be separate or pushed together to form a double)
- One twin bedroom (with two single beds)
- One bathroom (with bath and shower)
- One bathroom (with shower)

Between the first and second floor (on the stairs) there is a bathroom (with shower).

On the second floor you will find three bedrooms

- One double bedroom (with double bed) with a living room and an ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- One double bedroom (with double bed) with a study hall (with desk and sofa) and an ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- One double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)

Outside, the villa is set in a large Italian garden with a private swimming pool (16 m x 8 m; depth 2.5 m; open from beginning June - end September). The pool (surrounded by a laurel hedge) features a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), a covered eating area (with table, chairs, and barbecue) and an outdoor shower. Also, at first floor level, you will find a large balcony (furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating).
