The space

This is a very large house which can accommodate up to 16 people; 12 adults and 4 children (extra cost). It offers six spacious en-suite bathrooms, four of those equipped with Jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers. Besides this, all the bedrooms are also furnished with a fire place and safe. Four bedrooms have king size beds and two rooms offer twin beds, suitable for children.

The house offers central air-conditioning throughout, although it is only necessary in August, two fridges and an ice maker machine located in the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary tools.

The villa is split onto two floors; the ground floor presents a spacious living room, dining room area where up to 20 people can dine, a country style kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, an office with a PC that can be access at people's leisure and a library with English books. It also offers two of the king sizes bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms where one of those is with a terrace, while the other one is facing the courtyard. One of twin bedded rooms is also located here and can easily accommodate an extra bed if required.

There is a cool especially made wine cellar as well and a laundry room were a maid can do your personal washing up and ironing at an extra cost.

On the first floor the villa has two king size bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms each with a shower and a Jacuzzi bath-tub and the twin bedded room where two young people can sleep furnished with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

On the outside of the house, there is a large, covered patio for dining with a large table, an old fountain, a vegetable garden which produce seasonal vegetables that you can eat whilst there, fireplace, sink, barbecue, a grill and a pizza oven for which if pre-arranged in advance, a private chef can visit the house during your stay, and prepare pizza or gourmet dishes at an extra charge or entertain you with cooking lessons!.

Besides all those amenities, the villa also provides an infinity pool with an elevated Jacuzzi and cascading water on the outside. It goes without saying the sunbeds are provided around it. There is a children's playground in the garden, near the vegetable patch and a paddock with hens, peacocks and ponies.

They will also arrange a maid service, every day, for approximately 3 hours and a "baby-package" with crib, highchair and babysitting service if needed at an extra charge, grocery delivery, massages, chef services and wine tasting experiences.

The owner is living close by and she can arrange wine tasting sessions in English as well as private airport pick-ups and renting her Mercedes mini vans if needed with 8-9 seaters each. She will invite her guests to one free night for the cook to make pizzas in the wood-burning oven.
