How to Get There
Most of the Visitors can fly into the Catania airport from mainland Italy and transfer to Taormina by bus, car, or train. There are direct bus services that typically take an hour and a half. Visitors can take a bus to the Catania train station to catch a train to Taormina. And, if you are renting a car, you can easily reach your destination from Catania airport within an hour. Those who would like to take their time viewing the various coastal towns may enjoy renting a car instead of taking public transit.
