Casa Bianca is a charming large farmhouse (150sqm), located near Montepulciano and recently renovated according to the bio-architecture techniques. It is situated in a tranquil position on the top of a hill overlooking a lovely valley. It is in an ideal location for exploring southern Tuscany as well as Lake Trasimeno in Umbria.

From the garden there are stairs leading down to a lovely swimming pool (5m x 12m, 1.30-1.70m deep) with solarium.

Casa Alfonso

Overlooking the vineyards, Casa Alfonso is a private country house with pool and garden suited for 16 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Places of interest are Florence, Rufina and Pontassieve.

The outdoor area comprises of a private swimming pool (9m x 5m) with sun loungers, an outside shower, outdoor eating area and BBQ.

Casa Di Lucca

Set in the tranquil region of Tuscany, in a village closed to shop amenities, Casa di Lucca has a partly fenced garden and swimming pool. The property is closed to the town of Lucca, renowned for its Renaissance walls encircling the city and is historic center with cobblestone streets. Lucca is also known for its olio d'olivia Lucchese, high-quality olive oil produced in the region.

The garden is set on terraces level with a swimming pool set into the ground (8 x 4m depth: 1.40m), a pergola with table and chairs, a BBQ and some deckchairs. A creek crosses the garden.

Casa Giacobbe

This country house (130sqm) has been restored with great care and is located in a quiet position in the countryside east of Lucca. The Pinocchio Park in Collodi is only a 15 minutes' drive from your holiday home: children will have fun discovering the various characters of the popular fairy tale. The major art towns in Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence and the beautiful beaches of the Versilia coast are easy to reach by car. For sport lovers the Golf Club in Montecatini is only a 20 minutes' drive away, while you can find many riding tracks in the areas nearby.

The nearest grocery store is only 500 m away; the nearest restaurant just 1 km. Nearby towns are Capannori (7km) and Lucca (19 km), while the tennis and riding facilities are just a short drive away (4 km).
