Velluto is a modern and recently restored apartment located on the first floor of an elegant Venetian building in the Cannaregio District. The high-quality design finishes make this beautiful apartment an ideal place for a perfect holiday in romantic Venice.
The apartment offers a modern and spacious living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs for seven people; two spacious and elegantly restored bedrooms, one as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other as a twin bedroom with an extra Ottoman bed that can become a comfortable single bed making the twin bedroom into a triple; a second bathroom with shower.
Facilities: satellite plasma TV, air conditioning, heating, free wi-fi Internet, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, baby cot on request, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, pets allowed on request.
Savio Apartment
The apartment (60 sq. m) is on the ground floor and it is located in the heart of Venice just 50m away from Campo San Giacomo Dell'Orio, where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops; just 5 minutes from Rialto and 10 minutes from St Mark's.
