INTERIOR:
The villa develops on one floor, where we find a bright and inviting living area, furnished in a clean and contemporary style. There is also an integrated kitchen and dining area, where the guests can enjoy moments together while preparing delicious meals.
In the sleeping area, we can find two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, and a third double bedroom with a separate bathroom shower.
OUTDOORS:
Outside, we can find a lovely barbecue area with a dining table, a lounge with plenty of seating area, a veranda, a spacious garden, a swimming pool (3.20m x 16.00m, depth: min 0.30m - max 1.35m; open from 01/03 to 30/11; depuration: salt) and a solarium with sunbeds.

• Discover Vendicari Nature Reserve
Just a short drive from Marzamemi is the Vendicari Nature Reserve, a haven for wildlife lovers and hikers. We had a really lovely stay at the villa. Very private, a car is essential. Outdoor area is great and lots of space, pool is big and all well kept. We loved driving to local areas and had great recommendations from the owners. Overall had a lovely time, would definitely return ! Thanks so much
Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa was private, spacious, clean and contemporary. The pool was great and we loved the outdoor kitchen and bbq area. There was some great restaurants in Marzememi and we also loved Agua Beach Club restaurant (just 2 minute drive) and Pura Vita beach club (20 minute drive). Highly recommend

We loved all the outdoor space and the pool was great. Our only negative point was there were no restaurants that were close enough to walk to in the evenings. The host was extremely helpful and friendly We had an amazing holiday in the villa and really enjoyed the privacy that it offered.
