Villas in Italy

As a group of eight friends, we spent a wonderful week at the villa. The views of the sea and the surrounding landscape were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay.

The villa is in a fairly remote location and can only be reached via a gravel road, but manageable with a normal car. However, this also means that it is exceptionally quiet, with no nearby neighbours.
The drive to the nearest town takes about 20 minutes via narrow, winding mountain roads.

One aspect that some members of our group found uncomfortable was the large number of cameras around the property (only outside, not inside the house). While we understand the need for security, their presence felt quite noticeable and detracted somewhat from the sense of privacy. Especially the camera directly next to the pool.

The kitchen is not particularly well equipped, but it provides everything needed for basic cooking. The kitchen knifes were pretty dull.

All in all, the price is somewhat on the higher side.

A lovely host, very attentive and accommodating. She even sent us a list of restaurant recommendations, one of which our family did visit and it was one of the best meals we had in Sorrento!

The location is ideal if you want to be in the heart of Sorrento but still prefer your own little quiet corner just off a main stretch.

Amenities were good. The only feedback comes from my MIL who said that her bathroom "could have been cleaner", but she is a perfectionist. I found the door difficult to open but that was probably just my own degeneracy. Also, we ran out of toilet paper.

Overall, our family truly enjoyed our stay here and will treasure our memories in Sorrento.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser tollen Villa genossen. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (1,3,6,11). Es hatte genügend Platz für alle und die Villa bot alles, was man braucht. Es gab sogar ein Babybett und einen Babystuhl. Sowohl der Checkin als auch der Checkout verliefen reibungslos. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe, welche diese Villa mit sich bringt, sind einmalig. Vielen Dank liebe Cristina, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Apartment, toller Pool und gepflegtes Areal. Die Gastgeber antworten schnell, sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Perfect location and great place. Rated slightly lower as showers are in need of update. Downstairs bedroom seemed under renovation

This home was spectacular. We were greeted by one of the owners of the house and was gracious enough to show us around. We were even brought a nice care package upon arrival with breakfast items and wine. It was updated, pristine clean (which I look for) VERY close to the beach and close to restaurants/shops & supermarket. Loved the two entrances for easy access. Loved the private backyard which is where we had aperitivi before dinner.
There were a couple of discrepancies that were a bit irritating. Keep in mind we were 6 people. By the time my family finished showering, there wasn't anymore hot water. Cold shower was the only option. We were provided two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for an entire week. There wasn't extra paper towels, toilet paper garbage bags & laundry detergent. We were told to buy. I had never been to an Airbnb that I was told to buy extra items for the house. It would be taken care of no questions asked!!! Over all it was an amazing stay. I'd come back!

This place is the IDEAL stay in San Vito. It has a beautiful outside area and balcony and all the amenities you could want for a beach trip! It includes and outdoor shower for sand, beach sand toys, and even an umbrella! It’s literally steps from the beach and was the best thing about our trip. I also couldn’t say enough about our host. They helped us navigate San Vito and even get back to the airport!!!!! Overall, such a wonderful experience. Thank you thank you thank you!

We had such a fantastic stay! The pools were incredible and well kept. The property is secluded, quiet and relaxing while still being close to beaches and other activities. The staff at the front desk were super helpful in organizing things to do and were always very responsive. The apartment itself is quite large with decent size bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the kitchen was great too. The patio at the apartment was amazing for having meals outside and it is overlooking the valley and the rest of the property. I would highly recommend staying here!!

The apartment was in a wonderful location. Easy to walk many places. We received great restaurants recommendations and they even made bookings for us and shared local knowledge. Would happily visit again.

I honestly can't fault the two apartments. Great location, well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and both with excellent outdoor areas! Communication from the hosts was also excellent, despite the fact I had to call extremely late with a delayed flight! Highly recommend. Downstairs apartment is great for children.

The location is near to the beach which is nice. It had many nice touches but also lacked basic necessities for cooking like oil, pepper and such. There was no shampoo or body soap.

The views from this location are worth the work it takes to get there (a lot of stairs!). The flat was squeaky clean and had all the amenities you need whether staying in or going out. One thing we didn’t see on the listing and was informed of upon check in was an additional cleaning fee and local tax of €250 to be paid in cash.

If you have no physical limitations, this is a wonderful spot.

Great location and Cristina and Guisy were very communicative and incredibly helpful coordinating taxis. The apartment was dirty. The floors need to be mopped and towels, pillows, and bed linens could use an upgrade. That said, the space is a great size for a group and it’s a perfect location for exploring Sorrento.

la situation de l appartement est son avantage numéro 1. un parking pour la voiture nous a été proposé en supplément ce qui etait très confortable. Dans la cuisine un micro-ondes serait appréciable. Petit problème de douche dans l une des salles de bain qui a été résolu avec efficacité par Rita dans la journée. Cependant la climatisation réversible pour chauffage dans cette même chambre faisait un bruit terrible et donc inutilisable. après intervention du technicien elle nécessite d etre changée. Par chance il n a pas fait trop froid. Je salue la réactivité de Rita qui a répondu rapidement à nos solicitations et par ses bons conseils et sa disponibilité . Nous avons apprécié notre sejour
