Iuliana was super helpful. We had booked a villa in Lake Garda directly with an owner. We were badly broken into after two days, decided to leave the villa and secured a full refund but then needed to find another villa for 6 people quickly. Within 3 hours Iuliana had come up with three options for us in our preferred area of Lake Maggiore. The villa she found for us was perfect for our needs and everyone involved bent over backward to make sure the villa was ready for our imminent arrival.

A very nice property with a nice pool.
Wonderful terrace with grill, ideal for family dinners.
Nice rooms. And also very nice with many rooms with separate bathrooms. And also nice with 2 extra toilets and showers that didn't "belong" to any room.
Good local shops and restaurants in short driving distance from the property.
Stone/cliff Beach in very short walking distance. I would recommend water/swim shoes.
Syracusa is just 15 min drive from the property.
Only challenge, and that is typical for all of Italy,is the archaic system for sorting trash and putting it out on specific days. :)
You could probably find properties like this in the nearby area, but the pool really makes this wonderful house just that better. We spent just a while day by the pool.
