Born and raised in Italy, I started this business over 30 years ago with a small portfolio of city-centre apartments in Rome. Over time, as my clients returned year after year, I expanded the collection to include new and exciting destinations across the country, each chosen for its character, charm, and ability to offer a truly memorable stay.

Whether you are after a simple villa with a private pool or an exclusive luxury retreat, I have always believed a holiday home should feel like a true escape; not just a house, but a space designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
