GROUND FLOOR
Inside, we find a large open plan living area with a double sofa bed, table and chairs and a kitchen area (equipped with fridge, freezer, oven). From the living room, we have direct access to the outside covered terrace via large French doors.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and there is one bathroom with shower.
LOWER LEVEL
Here, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles with en suite bathroom, and 1 twin with beds that can be joined or separated as needed. Finally, on this floor is the third bathroom with shower.
Outside, the property offers a covered terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, that overlooks the private swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5m; 1.4m deep; open from June 1 to September 30). The pool is equipped with sun lounges. The garden is fully fenced.
