The space

Nearby, guests can find typical Tuscan Trattoria and a bar/pizzeria, groceries and local gastronomic products can be purchased (wine, extra virgin olive oil, honey, grappa).

The estate offers expansive gardens and two private swimming pools: one is 16x6m, depth 0.40 to 1.50 meters; the other 20x10m. The pools are open from May 1st to September 30th, between 8:00 and 20:00.

THE VILLA – Sleeps 16
The villa is on two floors. It offers large reception rooms, garden and private swimming pool. A lovely large hall, originally used as a coach house, with beautiful arched brick ceiling is available for meetings and special occasions; fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher).
The sleeping area consists of 6 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms all with en suite bathroom (7 with shower and 1 with bathtub).
