A few steps lower one bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and sink, utility room with access to the garden.
At the first floor one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed and one additional single bed, one double bedroom with one cot. A few steps lower one bathroom with shower and tub.
On the back of the house the garden (100sq. m) with 80 sq. m fenced with mesh wire and wood (1,80cm high). Private swimming pool (7x4m; 1.3m deep), equipped with table & chairs, deckchairs, sun-umbrella and barbecue.

The stay at the villa was super. Cottage is fully equipped and is an oasis of peace. Exactly what we were looking for. Lucca is a wonderful and beautiful city which makes it even more fun. Highly recommended for everyone. Hostesses (mother and daughter) are very hospitable helpful and pleasant to communicate with. In short; superb and worth repeating.
