Applications will be reviewed by an Italian Breaks representative who will select a winning applicant at random and verify the applicants’ suitability for the role. If the applicant is not deemed suitable another will be chosen at random until a successful applicant is chosen.
The winner is at the full discretion of Italian Breaks. The decision of Italian Breaks is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Italian Breaks will attempt to notify the successful applicant within 21 days after the closing date of applications. He/she will be contacted on the email address provided when applying.
The successful applicant will have seven days in which to claim his or her prize. If we are unable to notify the applicant, or if the applicant fails to respond within the fixed time period, this may result in forfeiture of the opportunity and Italian Breaks reserves the right to select an alternative winning applicant in accordance with these terms and conditions and the competition information.
Upon confirmation of acceptance the successful applicant may be announced on the Italian Breaks social media channels.

The prize includes 6-night accommodation for 2 at the properties outlined in competition details. Car transfers between properties are also included.
The trip is intended to take place on 3rd-8th October 2020. Winner must be available to travel on these dates. Italian Breaks reserve the right to change dates of travel at their discretion subject to availability.
Tour information will be sent out via email after successful applicant has accepted their prize, and arrangements will be made for dates and times of travel.
Content created as part of the winners’ trip will be owned by Italian Breaks and may be used for marketing materials.
International flights are not included as part of the prize.
Spending money and other expenses are not included as part of the prize.
Prize may not be sold on online auction sites. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
Employees connected with this promotion from Italian Breaks, Travel Agents, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.
