Within a short distance (2km), we find the town of Badesi which thanks to the mild climate is opened all year round and where we find restaurants, supermarkets, and other shop services. Nearby, a good selection of sport activities await you: wind surf, kite-surf, kayak, diving. The close port of Isola Rossa allows you to moor or rent a boat and a horse-riding school for walks on the beach is close by.
Outdoors, we find a covered terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture, playground area, private swimming pool (9.15 x 4.60 / h 122) heated by solar panels (heating of the pool is possible up to 27c depending on weather conditions) with sun lounges, umbrellas and hot showers. A private path leads us to the sandy beach where we can also find an external shower (cold water).

This lovely property is set close to San Teodoro, a town that has reinvented itself. Once a simple fishing village a half hour’s drive south of Olbia, it is now a popular resort town. This is mainly attributable to the nearby beaches, particularly the three kilometre-long La Cinta with its white sand. Also contributing to San Teodoro’s popularity are the almost unreal clarity of the water and the play of turquoise tints upon it, as well as the numerous worthwhile sights and excursions in close proximity to the village. The panorama is also greatly enhanced by the islands visible from shore, the largest and highest being Isola Tavolara.
