Villa Il Poggetto
This beautiful villa is located a 10-15 minute walk from the main square and the center of Capri in the area of Tuoro. Fantastic views of the Bay of Marina Piccola and the entire town can be enjoyed from the villa. The villa is reached by following a small, pedestrian walkway leading from the main square, through the historical centre of Capri. Once you reach the foot of the property, 109 steps take you from the path up to the main entrance of the property. From the gate a mixture of a further 20 small flights of steps (not too steep) and path lead to the main villa and the pool area (the total number of steps is around 180). The views, the multi-level terraces, the gardens and the pool deck are worth the walk, as the property takes advantage of a large, outdoor space (approximately 6,000 square feet).
Villa Capri
Ideally located in a wonderful spot of the island of Capri, this villa offers breath-taking views over the Marina Piccola Gulf and the Bay of Ischia. Villa Capri is at just about 10 minutes walk from Via Camerelle, known for its luxury fashion stores, restaurants and bars. It is also close to some of the most famous spots in Capri: the Certosa di San Giacomo (the Charterhouse of Saint James) and Via Tragara (a panoramic road with stunning views).
Villa Capri has 3 accesses: two along the main road and an upper access. The lower is through a slope of 25 small ramps and 100 steps.
Please note: the villa is not recommended for elder people or for people with walking difficulties.
Villa Capri comprises a two-storey main house and 2 annexes.
MAIN HOUSE – GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen equipped with four ring hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, a living area with air conditioning and access to the terraces that surround the house and the pool.
Outside area: private swimming pool, sun beds, pergola with outdoor lounge, garden furniture, terraces with sea views and sitting areas, pizza oven, dining area.
Villa Caramella
The villa is 10 minutes walk (no steps) from the famous Piazza with fashionable shops, bars and restaurants with views of the bay of Marina Piccola.
It is surrounded by 1,000sqm of beautiful gardens with private pool, pretty fountain, stylish outdoor area where you can sit and dine on hot summer nights.
The garden is on different levels with wonderful views of the Capri landscape: sea, white washed houses, pine trees and rocky ridges. 10 steps approximately between the different levels.
On the left on one level, close to the pool is a double bedroom en-suite with shower, single bedroom, bathroom with shower.
In the garden a beautiful outdoor lounge area, pizza oven, BBQ and dining tables.
Satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, stereo/CD and telephone.
The irregular-shape swimming pool is 5-6m wide, 1.20m-2m deep. Pool towels provided; also internet key, charged according to usage. Daily maid service, gardner. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Villa Forio
Enjoying a peaceful and panoramic location, Villa Forio is located on the North-Western side of the island of Ischia, just minutes walk from the nearest town with shops and restaurants, and the beach.
Lying in a terraced garden, surrounded by an olive grove and citrus fruit orchard, the property is composed of a main house and three additional cottages.
Outside, the property lies on a terrace park and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants and trees, while on the higher part of the garden, we can find a vegetable garden. A private swimming pool in the shape of an eight (about 20 square meters, from 1.2m to 2m deep) with changing rooms, barbecue with pizza oven and covered parking and terraces complete the property.
Villa La Colomba
La Colomba is a beautiful Residence situated in a fantastic location on the Ischia Island, with direct access to the sandy beach through a pedestrian pathway (approx. 150m). The surrounding area is very quiet, but at the same time, it is easy to reach the many points of attraction, like a Thermal Park, a Medieval Castle and the Archaeological Museum. A public bus stop is just 500m away from the Residence.
The Residence offers a private parking area, a beautiful garden and spacious communal terraces equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and deckchairs.
La Colomba Primo Piano is a pretty one-bedroom apartment on the first floor and consists of living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge, cooker), double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A curtain separates the bedroom area from the living room. It benefits from a private furnished terrace with seaviews.
