THE VILLA
Beautifully modern, it offers spacious and bright rooms all set in a stunning one of a kind garden. The house develops over two floors and 450 sq.m. On the ground floor, we find a bright living room with large windows and direct access to the garden, a separate kitchen well equipped for cooking delicious Italian recipes, dining areas and conservatory room, as well as two double bedrooms with king sized beds, each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower.

A beautiful staircase takes us to the first floor, where we have: a second living room and three double bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms (two with shower and one with shower and bathtub).

Outside, there is a stunning private infinity swimming pool with kids section and separate hot tub, private garden with outdoor furniture, a botanical garden with landscaped maze.

Villa La Perla is located about 10 minutes’ walking distance from the main resort facilities. This prestigious estate offers additional rooms for guests, making it perfect for a destination wedding, and six different complexes with SPA, outdoor swimming pools, wellness programs, restaurants, lounge and pool bars, and 12 meeting rooms for a maximum of 280 guests, wine and oil tastings, its own classical music festival (summer), gym, tennis court, squash, basket and paddle court, 8-hole putting green, driving range.
