The space

The property develops over two floors.

The ground floor offers a leisure room equipped with billiard table, four living rooms large enough to accommodate 17 people, 1 dining area and a kitchen area along with a double room with en-suite bathroom facilities.
A great stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are eight rooms. All bedrooms are organised one after the other through the long hallway, leading on the left to the master bedroom that offers a four poster bed (king size), a small living room with a terrace and a bathroom with travertine shower. On the same side, there are three more double rooms with en suite bathroom facilities and shower, a twin room with private shower bathroom, and a single room with a wonderful bathroom and shower in Carrara marble. On the opposite side of the hallway, there are the last two double rooms, both with en suite bathrooms. All rooms and bathrooms have a magnificent view of the garden and the surrounding countryside.

The outside area in front of the villa offers a large garden with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A stone staircase leads to the swimming pool (9x14 m- depth 1.20-2.50), surrounded by a large lawn, where you can eat and relax. Here you can dine al fresco on the covered terrace. On the back of the lawn, there is an external bathroom and three changing rooms, one with a large shower. Villa Borghese can also be the ideal place for small wedding receptions. The garden, the pool area and the lawn can accommodate up to 100 people seated. In case of bad weather you can use the lodge for cocktails, lounges for dinner or add a marquee to cover part of the garden.
