The space

The villa is built from the local stone giving it added charm and character and it's on two levels. The interiors are modern and fresh. It is surrounded by a spacious garden made up of lawn, olive and fruit trees and from the terrace there are wonderful views to be enjoyed. In the garden there is the swimming pool and a gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for eating "al fresco" and hot tub. Parking is within the grounds.

On the ground floor (80 sq. m) there is a gorgeous open plan living room equipped with beautiful modern furniture: sitting room with fireplace, TV home theatre, kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer) with fire place, a bathroom with shower. French doors lead out to the covered terrace and pool area.

On the first floor (70 sq. m) you will find three double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. The rooms are provided with modern comfort such as satellite TV and a home theatre system for cinema enthusiasts and they are all heated through a central heating system. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower.
